Information Sheet
Location: University of Mobile, Thomas T. Martin Hall. Click here for map of campus
Deadline for Receipt of Entry Materials: January 12, 2010.

The following items must be submitted at the time of registration:
- Sonata Contest Entry Form
- Sonata Contest Certificate List
- Two long, self-adressed, stamped business envelopes
- One check or money order payable to:
Mobile Music Teachers Association.
- A 3x5 WHITE ruled index card for each student. Type or print the following information on each index card. Observe samples below. 4x6 Cards not accepted.
- Name of Entrant
- Level of Sonata
- Composer's last name (For Level 20, College and Adult levels include the following: Opus Number, movement, key, and performance time)
- Years of contest participation including this year
- Teacher's first and last name
- A check for lunch made payable to MMTA. (If you are working the entire day.) The amount will be announced.

As soon as possible, you will receive in the mail:
- A Master Schedule - The reverse side, which is the schedule by level, is the only page to be copied and distributed to parents for their information.
- Your Certificate List indicating the level and performance number of each student.
- A Student/Parent Letter to be copied, completed, and distributed to each of your students. Students must present this letter on the day of registration.
